Re: Chip Tester de 8bit-museum.de - Reloaded
I would miss it.
I have only one Inves, sorry. Usually I swap computers I have twice or more times.
Re: Chip Tester de 8bit-museum.de - Reloaded
I have a question, I have not installed the SD module, what functionality does it have?
It is not necessary for normal operation right?

Re: Chip Tester de 8bit-museum.de - Reloaded
It is not used when you test chips.
It is used:
- to save the content of ROMs, EPROMs etc.
- to save the content of SRAMs and DRAMs that were read (so you can see which memory cells have been failed)
- (for the next firmware release) to save the truth table of PALs
You will find examples with some pictures of these funtions in the manual.

a
choice /C 12x /N /M ">"
Código: Seleccionar todo
choice /c12x /N ">"
Código: Seleccionar todo

Re: Chip Tester de 8bit-museum.de - Reloaded
I tested the batch using Windows 10 and Windows 7.
I have not tested Windows XP? Do you use this?
Please: Could you check if it works when you remove "chcp 1252 >nul" at the beginning?
Update:
Strange. I checked the MS documentation and the syntax is definitive correct (at least for an English or German Windows 7/10, and I assume also for other languages).
What is definitely wrong is using "/C" without space (or ":"). So "/C 12x" or "/C:12x" is correct, "/c12x" gives an error.
This is different what you have reported?!? Very strange. Is it possible that you have installed some tools that have another "CHOICE" program, that is not from MS and so it is different?

CHOICE [/C[:]selecciones] [/N] [/S] [/T[:]nn,c] [texto]
/C[:]opciones Especifica teclas permitidas.
choice /?
This tool allows users to select one item from a list of choices and returns the index of the selected choice.
CHOICE [/C[:]choices] [/N] [/S] [/T[:]nn,c] [text]
/C[:]choices Specifies allowable keys. Default is Y/N.
/N Do not display choices and "?" at end of prompt string.
/S Treat choice keys as case-sensitive.
/T[:]nn,c Default choice to c after nn seconds.
text Prompt string to display.
The ERRORLEVEL is set to the offset of the index of the key that was selected from the set of choices.

Re: Chip Tester de 8bit-museum.de - Reloaded
Ok, Windows XP
So this is the problem. Ok, I think not many users will have these problems. I will check how I can change the command line, so it works on all systems.
