I checked device list for your programmer (https://www.mcumall.com/store/list.html), but neither the model nor GAL's manufacturer appear there. I'm unsure about if it's capable to program Lattice devices with other name (such as Xilinx or Altera), maybe someone in the forum can advise. Nonetheless the TL866+ does the job.

However, I must have some spare GAL at home, let me double check and let you know.
